trying to identify a tool

HI THERE.  I AM NEW TO THE FORUM BUT THOUGHT YOU MIGHT HELP ME IDENTIFY WHAT THESE TOOLS ARE.  I AM TRYING TO CLEAR OUT SOME OF MY BROTHER IN LAW'S OLD TOOLS BUT HAVE NOT IDEA ABUT THESE TWO?  THANK OU FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE.  PAT

They are called "T" handled tap wrenches".
The larger one is a Starrett 93-C and is one of the best ones available.
Normally gets around $15 or so in clean used condition on eBay.
The other one looks like it could be a Greenfield, but many look exactly like this.
Probably worth used about $5-10.

This is an extremely useful design of tap handle.  If you do any metal work, or car work, or anything like that, hold on to these.
