Made in USA Ignition wrenchs - Brand ????

Nice set of USA Ignition wrenches.
Brand looks like back to back stylised E's ...  or 3's maybe.
Google was no help to me on this one.
Any ideas?

I think they're actually a "W" and an "M":

Montgomery Ward's WardMaster, I think...
