Whatever it is, it is interesting, it looks like it has a foot pedal and a top end hand pump,so, I think the the guys saying it is a grease pump of some sort are probably right ( or maybe a gear oil pump) At the bottom on the right it looks like a broken or burnt off piece of hose which could have been the the outfeed line. Be interesting to see what the some of the other members have to say. It may be a jack but the neither the upper or lower pedal appear strong enough to support any great amount of weight. regardless of what it turns out to be ya gotta call it a good find, mainly because you have never seen one before.
