Nice find. I'm told those are one of the harder Fordson tools to find.

If there is a snail logo towards the end of the handle, it is an English wrench made for the English built Fordson by Snail Brands.

I really like the Fordson tools, I have several variations of the Fordson adjustable S wrench.  In my area these wrenches are fairly common.

Here are a couple of Fordson tools that I found hard to come by.  The screwdriver has a Moore Drop Forge "circled M" boss.
