New Britain Socket driver set
« on: June 08, 2011, 06:03:31 PM »
I found this Socket driver set at my local swapmeet.  Pat. 1918 (looked it up thru shotgun search 1,289,558)
Never found one of these complete and in good condition before, so it had to follow me home.

Saw that in the test pic, nice find, generally the handle is wrong, or bent and twisted. You got a nice one : )
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Great looking set, and well-made New Britain tools too. You did well at the Swap Meet!
