If it weren't for contributors like yourself, lz, none of us would have anything to do here. Besides, no one is forced to read anything. It's like t.v. that way, if you don't like what's on, change the channel.

Another estate sale find. As you can see, it has a cracked handle, but only light superfical rust, and a Very Sharp Blade. I had never heard of this particular Company before, but after researching it, I believe it was well worth the 5 bucks I paid for it. Probably made in the early 1960's, and will be put to good use after I re-handle it.

I know a fair amount about hatchets, froes, and axes. It is quite possible to slice your hand in half with one!!!!! OK...... you all knew that was coming.... that flash back has rendered me speechless---- can you believe it? I'm still talking.....
