The first one i have seen pics of before but couldn't find anything when i went looking back through old threads.

The second is some sort of pliers or something?

The first one i believe is a type of saw-set.
I have no clue what the lpier like thing is...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

I believe that saw set is for the large round saw blades.  The pliers device looks like it could serve as a spanner wrench, with those heavy short handles.
