Simmons Drawknife

I was looking around in a garage at an estate sale.  At the bottom of a tote with garden tools was this Simmons, 8-inch folding draw knife.  I carefully placed it in my bag.  This is the first one I've seen in the wild. Some surface rust and maybe some light putting on the back, but the blade is in great shape.

I believe this is probably an E. C. Simmons rebrand of a Pexto manufactured tool.  The 8 and Simmons imprints are in the same places as the Pexto branded draw knife.  On addition, the handles are the same shape.
