Does anybody recognize this little feller.  He is about 5" long without being loaded.

I don't know who or what, but it definitely has gizmo appeal.  I want  one!

Almost more of a hand vise, neat to see the tool storage is full.

Have to pass - low budget - Mrs' E is temporarily out of work.  Cutting back.  The tool looks like it does more than just hold those bits.  Can it turn a tap?

If it is square, and anywhere around 3/16"-1/4" square, it fits.  The thing may just be handy in the toolbox.

Bergman Tool Co of Buffalo, Ny made these as LPtools said.. Some that I’ve seen have their stamp on the end of the cap.
