I'm thinking concrete smoothing tools. For the joints between bricks?

i believe they are valve guide tools for flathead engines

valve guide removers. flathead V8 Ford required them, and some others. made by a number of different manufacturers, some of whom didn't bother to stamp their name on them.

Valve tools, I used to have and use one like the center one on flat heads in forklifts back in the 70s.

Upon closer examination they do look too thick and finely machined for concrete work.

But don't hate me for using them to smooth out my block wall. lol

Them old Flat heads are long gone, sounds like a good repurpose of old tools.
