I mistakenly put this question on another section, but I'll try it here.

OK, folks, what is the odd tool to the right in this ebay offering?
Drag link adjusting tool?
Can't find a mention of it.
Odd, generic logo.

Drag link tool would be my guess...   cross slot entries...   guessing fairly old.   most that i have seen are built like sockets.

I would suggest it is an offset screwdriver.  I am assuming the size of the ratchet and breaker are 1/4" drive - that would give proportions for a small (offset) screwdriver.

I hadn't taken its small size into account. 
The offset screwdriver opinion sounds best.

Appears a little small to be a drag link adjuster.  I have to agree on offset screwdriver as well.
