Tom's Bargain Stop, Newark, NY
« on: August 19, 2020, 08:48:49 PM »
Drove out after work today to check this place out.  I learned of it on a bicycle repair video and was surprised to find it is not far away (45 to 60 minute drive).  Well, they have a lot of tools, mostly in rough shape, mostly asian,  but a few good pieces if you can take the time to look.
And after I picked these out, and a little rabbit figurine for Tamara, the guy asked me what I wanted to pay!  I gave him a fiver.
There's a little tool post wrench (with grinder work on the larger end) "W in a diamond" which I believe is Williams. An International Harvester wrench.  Small brass wire brush. And two metric JIS TOP wrenches.  I like these and am trying to collect a set, if there is such a thing.  Does anyone have any knowledge of these?  The back side is marked "Chrome Vanadium".

TOP Kogyo Company, Ltd.
Their web site has a catalog with a list of sizes avaliable. I don't think they have changed much since yours were produced.
