I was lucky enough to find a maintainance manual for one of the billions of machines USMC made over the years. I had thought of scanning it in, but 99.99% is just machine parts, so here is the 2 pages with wrenches ....
This is for the Model C 'Ideal Clicking Machine'.
(A clicking machine is a kind of press that uses a flexible ribbon blade to cut out patterns in leather,
they also have found use in cutting out gasket material, rubber and other soft sheet materials)
Numbers given appear on wrenches, but without the WRHL prefix...
