Don't think I've asked you this before?

about 16" to 17" long, tips are brazed on. they seem hardened,
but haven't run a file over them
sort of look like a blacksmith's texturing tools for a power hammer. The handles are tree wood,

Not like any spinning tools I have, these are Driver brand made by Walker-Turner. Got 3 roller spin tool ends turned no handles and pivot bases yet.

Soaked the heads in molasses and used 120 grit on the expander to clean the surfaces a little. some minor pitting

Well not a 100% sure, 3 look like they maybe texturing tool a blacksmith would use. 4th looks like it is sharp to be a cut off tool. They will clean up better just going slow as not to screw them up!

Texturing or planishing.

Gold or silversmithing planishing hammers have a similar rounded head.
