any idea who I am?

open end is 1 7/16  hex end is 2 3/16

There are two versions of this wrench and I can not remember which size is which one is for a Studebaker or EMF auto or truck and the other is for an overland car.  But it is a Hubcap wrench.

Don't forget traction engines/tractors. 

The three wrenches in the middle are three versions of Case hubcap wrenches, the orange devise in the middle is a Case hubcap courtesy of Bus.

Check my E.M.F. wrench  under Wrenches.  This is a generic edition of that wrench.
