     Hello, Stamped on the frame  H A Douglas Mfg. Co. , Bronson Mich. From what I have found, this is Patent No. US2256457A . I believe it is used as crimper for electrical connectors. My question here is, "Is this part of a Wiilys Jeep Tool Kit" ? Thanks, Lou
