Good idea to ask about old tools
« on: February 04, 2018, 03:02:05 PM »
Went to a garage sale on Saturday, a lot of mechanics tools, mostly China crap.  Found a couple USA chain wrenches and when paying asked if he had any old tools.  Yes, there are a few things in the shed, are you interested?  He came out with some metal planes all rusted tight and the two items shown.  Wanted $15.00 for them.  The breast drill is a Millers Falls No. 120 and the Wood trim plane is a Sandusky Tool Co. No.146.  Both are in fairly good condition.

I would like to know too. It is a very good question. I hope someone will answer.
