Millers Falls corner brace
« on: May 26, 2017, 11:40:12 AM »
Got this little fellow at auction last PM. Don't know when I'll need a corner brace but this 140 struck my fancy. Donnelly had one in his 1999 catalog and he called it rare. Can't be too rare as I caught one and I don't run very fast anymore.
I underpaid on this one and that makes up for the Lowentraut wrench I overpaid for last Friday

That's a cool design; I can see how it would be useful in really awkward spaces.

I would have tried to take that home to if it showed up at an auction around here.
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.

They are not very common.  I have owned a lot of braces over the years and have only had a few.  I don't think I have ever had one that worked right either.
