Mis-matched numbers
« on: May 07, 2016, 12:54:05 PM »
This has 2 different numbers 270D & 970D, the wrench is 1".
Been trying to locate a catalog to see which number was correct.
What's up with the EE's inside the socket?

I can confirm from the 1930 and 1963 cats. that 270D is the no. your looking for. I have no idea about the other nos. so I'll go with Bills description.

On auto/mcy parts the casting number is often different than the part number, though often similar.  The EE could be a date code or location code?
