I have an old set of taps and dies. Label inside says Fletcher Ever Ready Screw Plate by Canedy-Otto Mfgr Co.
Set has 8 Dies 1/4"-3/4" and 13 taps and 2 starter picks?. The dies all are set in wrenches, and there is a wrench for the taps. The top has a patch across the top to hold it together. There is a label on inside of cover. Pretty cool actually.
My dad was using them when he retired many years ago.
Can anyone tell me anything about it...age, value? I saw articles mentioning the company in 1919 magazine but no info.
I can't get pictures small enough to put on this site, but I many. smallest I can get them is 360x480.
