Might be a rare one? Heller autobody hammer!

Has Ford script on it, looks like Model T era, could it have been from the H.F School?  Some thing to look thru the books over winter.

I can see ford supplying dealer marked body tools,
but this one is novel so far...

I don't think it would be a dealer item, there would have been a bunch of them...  My Heller expert buddy has passed away so I'm searching for answers.

The "oldgolay" didn't say where he is from, but around these parts , Detroit / Dearborn tools show up fairly frequently with the Ford script. The pix is of a combination square blade with the Ford script. The imprint does not appear to have been stamped (blade is hard) but rather etched or perhaps stamped before heat treat. I looked thru the Ford trade School "Shop Theory" book , all the illustrations of the tools shown all show the manufacturers logo, if any logo shows at all.

I'm in Stiles-Herman, Medart, Barrett country aka St.Louis area. HF trade school is what it may have come from? I have a few of the books from there, need to do some homework on what makes a complete set of books.

oldgoaly, this info might be helpful in your research.... from a little pamphlet on the history of the HF TS.

The book that I have is "Shop Theory" soft cover, copyright 1934 revised 1941 , the book is 7/8 inch thick (pages are not consecutively numbered)

just took out 1/2 the windows in my shop to make more Wall space!
