SOLD - NOS snap on 4431B dogbone style rairoad brake wrench SOLD

new old stock wrench from the industrial catalog under railroad tools.  It doesn't appear in current catalogs.  Sorry for the flash which turned the matte black finish lighter, & makes the packing grease look like a flaw.  $40.00 includes shipping to the continental USA.  Prefer PayPal.
