What is it Farm Implement Wrench?

This one is marked "N9", and has 3 sizes, 5/8, 7/16, & 3/8, what was/is it used for?

It's an orphan, meaning we haven't been able to connect it to any company yet.

 And he has a cousin named M58 that is identical except for the part no. and he is also an orphan.

Seems most wrench collectors find an M58 sooner or later, and try to find out who made it.
