Looked around but could not find any info on this wrench.  The only markings on it is the name LeCompte.

To me it has a Moore drop Forge look to it, but the name looks like it may be French? I have not seen one before this. Nice find!

1919 Motor Age lists a George W. LeCompte Co as a supplier of automotive accessories. (New York Trade show exhibitors list)
So perhaps an aftermarket tool....

Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

It is one of many after market Ford spark plug and cylinder head bolt wrenches.
