Ebay hedzup. 7/16" bullet Blackhawk tools
« on: February 12, 2014, 01:47:19 AM »
Auction #  301081389760
Seller assumes all responsibility for this listing.

No torpedo box, but these things look brand new.  Not sure about the box going with it, but someone with tax refund money should snag these.....

On the speeder wrench there is two red bands on the handle. The breaker bar and ratchet have similar placed bands but aren't of color. Is it because the red is just worn off or two different dates or something else?

Either way nice set, to bad it didn't have the original box.

Nice. Is the price in line with the value?

Papaw, the full set I saw on Ragbrai last summer with the torpedo box, well, let's just say that ol' boy wouldn't have parted with his set for $1500, and the tools weren't in near this kind of condition.   My guess is you'll find an empty torpedo box before you find these tools in this condition.......maybe not.

If you check his other "items", ther are no other tools there, so he may not be a tool expert.  Several offers thrown so far and he has not taken any of them.

YMMV

It says best offer accepted. I wish they would post that price too.

He had like 4 offers that had all been turned down, so my guess is he got purdy close to his 7 bills....

May never see a set that sanitary again.....just hope someone didn't turn the torpedo box into a mini Char-Broil!!1.....llol

He took an offer of $600.  I don't know why they block out the offer price but there is a trick you can do to see it.  Go to the listing and scroll down until you see the "print | report item" link on the right side of your screen.  Click on print and it will take you to a page where you can clearly see what price the seller accepted.
