old wrench, screwdrivers in the handle

Never seen one of these before. It is an 8-inch adjustable wrench with three folding tools in the handle. It was nickel plated, but about half the plating has flaked off. The only marking on it is GERMANY stamped in tiny letters on the handle.











The folding tools each have a "dished" area running along the length of the shank, so that they click into place when fully open or fully closed. I've seen old tool harps that use the same method. Any idea who made this wrench or how old it is?

Since Philips head screws were patented early 30s; there is a very narrow pre-WWII  window, but more likely post WWII which gives 1950s as Germany began to rebuild.

The Phillips driver puts it at least after 1928 or 1930 like Stan says.
