M-H J672
« on: December 09, 2013, 07:34:19 PM »
I bought a little group out of Canada mainly for these Massey Harris wrenches. Description was limited when I bought them, but the price was right so I took a chance. Got really lucky as 1 of the M-H wrenches is near perfect, however the other one is the other extreme. Pitted, stress fracture and a little chunk of the jaw missing.
Seems to be very little info out there on the J672. I see they sold one as lot 132 in York back in April of this year. Anybody know what it brought?
I figure I'll sell or trade the second one, not sure if it's rare enough to still have value in poor shape though.

Try as I may, it seems as though I can no longer post pictures on here. Just keeps coming up with an internal error message no matter how small I make the pictures.

Also, Bus has that it is bent in the description. I'm thinking that these were made to have a slight bend, as both of them I got have the same slight bend on the larger end.

Seems I have to do pictures a different way than what I used to do.

Thanks Bus. I think I'm going to go about 1/2  that on my second one. With it's faults, it may or may not be worth it. But either way, I don't need 2 of them.

I picked up a couple MH wrenches a while back. One was marked Canada on the reverse. It was a Z-43, the other one, an M555.

Is the stuff from Canada harder to find or rarer than US made stuff?  I can't find much on them online, and don't have all the books.
