I have wasted enough time with this screen printer! I am setting up with a local real printer Monday.
I got this email just now from the local guy-
Quote
I don't like saying this, but I can't make the design work. I have already gone through several art work changes and wasted about a dozen screen set ups with no success. I'm sorry not to have kept you better informed and I am truly sorry for embarrassing you in front of your board. Thanks for putting up with me as long as you have, I just can't get a good representation of your art. I'm sure that someone else will have better success.

Everyone knows the problem you have had now,, with your last post.
I doubt if anyone who has ordered, paid, will want their money back.
This is a great forum!

Today I made an order at a local shirt screener. Artwork will take a day or two, then shirts will soon follow.
After shirts, we'll talk caps, but looks like good caps cost almost as much as shirts. I've been thinking about having some made with just the crossed wrenches embroidered on.

I now have a sample shirt in hand (sample has no pocket, but all others will have a pocket with the print over the pocket), and the printer says this afternoon they will be ready! I work tonight, so will pick them up tomorrow. Mailing will begin Friday or Saturday.

I did order a few extra, and more can be made in short order. I will stay with the original offer to you guys at $20 shipped for this batch and any new orders in the next couple of weeks, but I think the price may have to go up about $5 in the future.
I have discussed ball caps with the crossed wrenches and Papawswrench embroidered, so that will be the next stage.

Had my Tooltalk shirt on at school today. First time I wore it to school. A few people asked what it was and I got a few funny looks an responses.

Ahh but I sure do love my Tooltalk shirt.
And I'm proud to be an American,

who gave that right to me.

I dont think to many young folks care about tools like I do. They dont appreaciate the history an find craftsmanship of them.

Oh well.

Ya got me at least :)
