Wasn't there someone on another board who has a copy? He was going to scan it when he got a chance (or something like that) You were the middle man.

Yes, Matt had been planning to scan it when he got a new version of Adobe, but I bought a copy, scanned it and uploaded it. Don't tell me I didn't post a link for the download??!!!
