Bought another project. Set is missing several sockets;the drill attachment;and the spark plug socket.
Oddly the screwdriver bit and the thrust button are still with us.
Anyone know what the bracket to hold the screwdriver in the lid looked like? Bracket is missing and Alloy doesn't show it. I'd like to rebuild it if I knew what it looks like. I'm sure the unmarked drill attachment will be almost impossible to find. At least I know its 5/8 square drive.

i hope that this is of some help to you.  It came from a 1920's Starrett catalog. (starrett tools : catalog number twenty)

It helps some Bob. Evidently more than 1 configuration was used. Maybe at different times. Catalog page shows drill attachment stored in lid and screwdriver in bottom unlike what alloy shows. Don't recognize other tool stored in lid but I donot have it either. My 60's and 70's cats do not show any sockets. Thanks for the info.

Glad to help out. I believe the early sets were marked 443, while the newer sets came in as 443A and 443B. One of them did not have the drill.
