Newbie from S. Utah
« on: March 29, 2013, 10:59:52 PM »
Hey all! I'm a long-time tool geek and shade-tree. I enjoy collecting quality tools and wrenching on my vehicles. Anyway, site looks great! Name is Steve, BTW...

Welcome, glad you found the place.   What kind of old tools do you collect?

Thanks guys! I've got a hodge-podge of old tools, Williams, C-man and SK mostly, but I'm not too picky. I can't leave a pawn shop or yard sale empty handed, so I've go a little bit of everything. I'm almost done putting together a set of SAE Thorsen combo wrenches, so that's my latest project...

I can certainly appreciate picking up a little bit of everything (USA Made).  Here is a link about midway in a Thorsen thread here on this site.  It shows some of the wrench patterns.
