MVWC newsletter page 11 -3 1996 shows a outline of a wrench with "Victor" cast in and a trademark which is an inverted triangle with
a"P" inscribed in triangle. Was evidently sent in by Denis Piper. Have scanned D. Piper auction and don't find this wrench. Has anyone identified this wrench or its maker ? Friend has one but no info on its maker.
