1==pexto s&w 4 1/2 no. 20cutters
2==l&s hg pliers

Are you sure the Pexto are No. 20.  They look like the No. 59 milliners' lap joint pliers in the 1920 catalog.

No. 59 Milliner's Lap Joint Pliers, Gun Barrel Finish Handles, Full Polished Head, Hole in Handle for Cord or Ribbon, This Plier differs from No. 99 in the shape of the head, having raised jaws, and slender flat nose. 

They came in sizes 4, 4 1/2, and 5 inches; weighing 2, 2 1/4, and 2 1/2 pounds per dozen; and listed for 16.00, 16.80, and 18.70 per dozen.

There is also DISCONTINUED stamped across their entry in the 1920 catalog.

Just looking at the picture, these look like flat jaw jeweler's pliers.  I have a similar pair from my jewelry making days.
