Loop tweezers

I guess I have 30 pairs of tweezers, but these are the only ones with a loop on the end. May be medical, but not sure. Any doctors on here? They have a special tip with curve and slot in one side. What for?

They sure look like surgical tools for holding the skin back from an incision... the ring to allow a finger to be used...?????
