Can't help you with your specific request but I just discovered the same thing about my '86 Toyota carb. The electric choke "warmer" assembly is no longer made. So, when it goes, I'll be jury-rigging the thing.
You can buy a universal manual kit from Napa but be forewarned that for at least my application it did not even come close to where my standards are for what I will allow on my vehicle

Hello Derek, this is the reply I received ...........All the carburetors except the bottom left are Autolite 2100s or a newer version of the same. If any of these have the electric choke parts you are looking for then you are probably in business.............Now the only question is which is any good and how quickly you can get it too me.

I will send an e-mail and take it from there. Thanks to everyone that has helped

Do you need the choke? (black plastic) or the whole assembly that bolts on to the carb?
Actually, unless I am misunderstanding you the choke is the metal flapper and the black plastic is the cup that encases whatever form of choke actuator was used. I need the cup and its internals that actuate the choke.

Close, the choke is the "cup" and the internals together. They are rivited together and are not sold separately. You can probably get the correct one for your application from rockAuto.
Make sure you measure the diameter, there are different sizes, I don't remember if the Autolites are the same as the Motorcrafts.

There should be a number in the center of your choke cover( Cap) on the outside , to identify it.
You may be able to use other numbers , but will have to be adjusted -rich or lean to work with your carb. All covers from that model should be the same size.
Of all the things I've lost , I miss my mind the most

Can't help directly, but we were able to convert the carb on our 1972 Chevy pickup from automatic to manual choke with a conversion kit from the auto parts store.  You have to learn how to work a manual choke, including to shut it down as the car warms up; but nothing generations of drivers didn't learn.  If your state insists you keep meeting smog tests with your vehicle, that won't work; but, if you can make the switch and don't find a reliable used part, you might consider that.
