A Real parts store -With a Tool Board

Thought I'd share this old photo.
Notice the Black Hawk board on the right.
Of all the things I've lost , I miss my mind the most

I had a thought, wonder if I could decorate part of my shop to look like this?   Talk about a step back in time, an incredibly well stocked store, with an incredibly well done photo of it.    I am guessing somewhere between 1925 and the early 30s?   Milk glass hanging lamps, wood floor, most of the head gaskets hanging up are for flatheads, 4s and sixes.  I see a large 9 qt. oil can upper right, looks just like what I use now.   That Blackhawk display is fantastic, imagine having a speeder and roll-over bar in each size?  Thank you very much for posting this.

john k,

It is a fantastic sight.  My garage doesn't come close, but I do have speeders in 1/4" thru 1/2" and breaker bars in 1/4" thru 3/4" hanging on my walls.  It's a start...

And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
