They look like (especially the top and bottom ones) what are called "engineers" wrenches. An open-end design in a size the worker uses constantly, with thick jaws for durability. I think they were used on machinery in factories and such.
I've got one in 1/2" that's really worn. I'm going to clean up the jaws and make it a 13mm with some corner relief for imported compression nuts.

Those are pretty wrenches Bob, just enough junk in the trunk if you know what I mean.
Always looking for what interests me, anything early Dodge Brothers/Graham Brothers trucks ( pre 1932 or so ) and slant six / Super six parts.

Logan and South Bend lathes. I saw several Logan references, but no wrenches like those.

Yeah, I didn't realize it was the stamped one, Don't tink there is any Logan lathe chincy enough to come with a stamped wrench.

The top wrench looks like a williams standard set screw wrench, what number is on it?

Also, I seem to remember a comment on alloy artifacts about some company that sometimes just marked tools U.S.

Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
