The numbers very much resemble partial ford part numbers for special tools, would guess late 40-s , early 50's, but I can not find that particular number (The AA , AB is signifigant btw)

Much earlier they also used an italic version of Manzel...
They seem to be a related pair, so perhaps connecting rod bolts rather than head bolts..
(Plus the top one has a ringed offset)
