Unidentified Monkey Wrench

Anyone recognize this one it is 91/4 inches long?  I can not find any makers mark.

Reminds me of a Barnes, but not exactly.

In the 2nd pic there are letters in the groove going under the movable jaw just where the sides get thicker.  A light sanding there  might reveal a name with a R in it.
The only bad tool is the one that couldn't finish the job.  Ironicly it may be the best tool for the next job.
