Know who made this tool?
« on: June 13, 2012, 03:47:27 PM »
It has no name on it.  I thought someone might know from the unique design of the handle, who the mfg. was?
Thanks,
Barb

I've never seen anything like it. Looks like it has some age. Does it have the little ball to hold the socket on?

I suspect Shaw, but it is a weak guess based on multiple associations. Early firestone tools had that panel design on the breakers before they went to the double line ends., Shaw made most of the early firestone tools.....

Not exactly conclusive.....
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Yes, it has the ball on one side.
