Diamond K36 6 inch combination pliers, stamped "Duluth, USA" with the Diamond and Diamond-Horseshoe logos, and with "U.S.A." forged into the handles. $3, and in almost unused condition.

Nice find, ide say you did good :)

When if so did diamond go out of bussniess?
And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

Diamond Tool, Diamalloy, was bought out back in 82 or so, then closed down.   I recently got a nice pair of  14 inch water pumps with the Diamond logo, at a  pawn for about $4.   I try to collect the (crescent style) adjustable Diamond Calk and Horseshoe wrenches, have some 12 inch models with jaws 3/4in. thick.   Very good pliers there,
