Is the middle one billings?

Does the top one have metric sizes when you flip it over?
If so i have several but know nothing about them.

wrench has B on it and a number.  Didn't know what the number was for.    Yes the other one has metric also.

Bridgeport often made wrenches with that handle style...with the divider line running vertically through the middle of the handle.
