I am finding more sh   stuf I have no idea from where they came or why they have been hiding ,
  1 no name but a no.8t 1273-2
1/2 in.   might be a distributer wrench
    2- adouble socket  1/2 IN X 9/16with a name but i can;t read it TA----  takes a 9/16 in
wrench to turn it in the center
  3   a 3/4 box TRUTH  weighs tmore than two wrenches should
  4   walden worchester no. 2418 9/16x 3/4
  5   unmatked tri wrench1/2 in x 9/16 x 5/8
  6   RAY no. 670 1/2x 9/16 x5/8 z 11/16

1/2 in male  and female ends mark dimond with a B in it also no723-2

Would make it Billings or Billings & Spencer.

I'm almost certain that that is a standard T handle that someone lost the bar to, and bent.....

(Billings, and Fairmount had hex tops so you could add a wrench for more torque when needed. )
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
