I have one laying around the garage somewhere.  I'll dig it out and take a pic sometime soon.  Not nearly as shiney (no chrome) - I think a much earlier version of same wrench on ebay.  I recall the one I have is VERY well made, probably the only well made 4" I've ever owned.

Something is odd about that one. I own and have owned many #704 Proto 4 inch adjustable wrenches, but none have looked like that one. The newer ones appear to have been made by Crescent ool company. I have a friend the has a Plomb/Proto 4 inch lawsuit model and it also looks nothing like the one that just sold. Dig out your 4 inchers and compare to the one on Ebay.

I have a 4" Proto #704 in my hands right now. The differences are slight. That one is Proto Professional, so that could account for the differences.
