Hi from Florida
« on: January 31, 2012, 12:30:17 PM »
Going through my fathers and grand fathers tool. What a mess. Hope ya'll can help me in identification of some markings i can't identify. Did find some wrenches in great condition and will restore and use them.
I just like to know more than ' it is a wrench ' and let it go at that.
Sedgley, Williams, Klein, and more..  What a treasure
If someone is familiar with manufactures marks and old sockets, I could use help on a few.
Keep the oil lamp burning... David

Welcome!  I would be more than happy to drool over pictures of your father's and grandfather's tools :)

Welcome, from IL

Post pictures/descriptions in threads in the various catagories that fit that topic. From there ime sure at least one of us will be able to help you out in determing what it is.

I have some of my grandfathers tools, I love the tools that have been in the family for a long time.
And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.
