I picked this up really reasonable on eBay. The seller, who turned out to be  Carl Bolt (of Bolt's Antique Tool museum) listed it as a weaponry wrench.

I don't know what it is, but it is pretty cool.

Here's what I know:
-it's about 7" in length.
-the smallest opening is 1/4"
-the two larger openings opposite the small end are 7/16 & 11/16
-the screwdriver is just a flat screwdriver 5/16" wide.
-the logo nearest the small end is that of Chicago Mfg. and Distributing according to the AA site.
-The logo nearest the two other openings is unknown as far as I can find.
-The first letter looks to be a worn 'O', but could be a 'U' for all I know.
-the side not shown is blank, no markings.

I figure since Mr. Bolt never identified it completely, then maybe the group together as a whole will!!!!

I believe if anyone can get this one, this group of tool hounds can!!! Rusty, get your researching cap on!!!!

Carl is correct, It fits a Navy  20mm anti-aircraft gun.
It is shown in 1943 service manual. Listed as a 'Sight Universal Spanner'
It is used to install/remove the gunsight.

The FH postfix may indicates a later version of the tool..

The entire manual , with other wrenches and neat pictures is available online thanks to the Historic Navil Ships Association (hnsa.org) here:http://www.hnsa.org/doc/gun20mm/
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

This is a little off topic.
Our Grandson told us about been at a gun range north of us that isn't well supervised. A guy came  up and asked if he could use their shooting position as he liked that position, they said yes and moved.
The guy backed his car up to that position and unloaded a machine gun tripod and machine gun, put a belt in it and blew everybody's targets to smithereens. Load up his car a left.

Rusty  is the source for much knowledge. I have a copy of this wrench and believe Rusty identified it for me a year or two ago. My c opy is marked OE1189GM with no makers marks. Wonder what the (FH) and (GM) signify ? I have no enduring interest in this wrench and would gladly donate it to you if it fits in your collection. PM me if interested in another copy.
