Another day digging through rusty buckets of tools at a yard sale and found this nice mixed lot of four.
Waldes Truarc Plier No.1
Simplex Ratchet wrench
Kent-Moore inch pounds torque wrench
And a cool 7 box end wrench made in Italy by Globemaster.
Rogue River, OR.

Nice group.  I don't think I've ever seen a beam type torque wrench with a ratchet head.  The other two wrenches are new to me also.

The Kent-Moore branded stuff was sold by General Motors & were specialty tools. I had a torque wrench that looked like yours. If I remember correctly, which can be a little problematic, it was used to adjust the low band on a power glide transmission.
