First tool purchase of 2023 at ReStore

Syracuse' Habitat for Humanity ReStore - Have not been buying tools lately, nor selling tools.  Hope to get back into selling again before long.  So for now I'm only buying stuff I want or need.  I found a new wirebrush and an Xcelite 11/32 hollow shaft nutdriver.  Also a long handle 1/4 driver (7-1/2 inch long shaft).  Only marking on handle is "5000V".  Assuming that is 5000 volts - maybe a clue to the maker?  The shaft is alittlllle tewaked but fixable - will use it at work.
