Anvil tin cutter

I found this tin cutter years ago at my job where I worked for 22 years at a copper mine it's like 2 ft long and now I know what that square hole is for on the Anvil or at least one of the uses for the square hole it's a very strong cutter. Thought I would show it.

bench shears as they are know in the trade, they would fit a bench plate.
