Another Estate Sale Buy
« on: May 01, 2021, 05:35:22 PM »
Price per piece was less than 30 cents.  There was one full set of Williams angle wrenches and 4 additional near complete sets.  Also SK, Proto, Armstrong, Fairmount, Walden, Mercedes, Ford, stahwille, snap-on, craftsman and others.

Someone liked his/her ignition wrenches.  Although...if you spread out my stash of ignition and similarly small wrenches on a table, they might look like that, too.

People were picking through the boxes with wrenches and taking very little.  I brought a cloth shopping bag and started putting all the wrenches I wanted in that bag.  This guy didn't throw away anything in his garage.  There were broken wrenches, wrenches cut in half, wrenches bent on purpose and one wrench cut to look like a flare nut wrench. It was the second day of the sale so they were making deals. My kind of day and sale.

Nice. Got some wartime Craftsman and Snap-on at an Estate Sale Sunday along with many v series Craftsman too and some Duro and Indestro and SK, Mac and a few other brands too. It was the last day of the sale and the daughters said $5 takes it all. I’ve been working on cleaning them up the last few days. It was a whole bucket full plus an additional bowl of sockets.
